“This is the second dice bag I have ordered from Inked Gaming, and it is just as nice as the first one. It actually took about 1.5 weeks faster to get in my hands than the first, and the quality is all there!The only reason whatsoever I am giving this a 4 out of 5 is because there is just the slightest tint of warmness to the image, but that is just an aesthetic peeve of mine; the original file was most likely that shade and my monitor wasn't calibrated right. Either way, I will be ordering from Inked Gaming again, and most likely adding to my collection of already purchased 2 playmats, 2 dice bags, and set of custom sleeves from them. A+”

“The bag looks great. The artwork fit on very well and (another nice little touch) they gave me a green draw string that matched my artwork very well. The bag is made of very good quality material and has plenty of room for my 30 dice, 50 counters, and 2 giant dices. My only complaint is this, the art work I sent them is centered on one the edges. It looks great, don't get me wrong, but I wish they had placed it on just a little more to the left or right.”

“The Dice bag I ordered is of amazing quality, it is exactly what I expected by the company. However the amount of money it costs for editing is quite high. I accidentaly put some of the illustration which I wished to keep, slightly outside the boundary line. The illustration was of Progenitus, and one of his heads were outside the boundary lines. The mistake was quite obvious and would not take a lot to fix. Just to move the illustration to the right would had made the dice bag perfect. I wished they could have contacted me about the error I made, or at-least sent a me a preview of my illustration right before they began making it.”

“The bag was expertly sowed but even though I had the perfect artwork for my dice bag they could not do it exactly like shown in the sample picture. This made the lap of my bag look odd because it was slanted with the color I added for it.”

“Pros: I purchased 2 play mats and 2 dice bags. one of the dice bags was created with a custom image that was uploaded. the material quality of the mats and that of the dice bags are excellent. the mats are a touch larger than your typical ultra pro brand and lay perfectly flat. The dice bags were also made of a quality material, and like the play mats are a touch larger than most other dice bags on the market today. the stitching is of great quality and the bags feel durable enough for an extended play life. Cons: A note of caution to those to will upload custom artwork for their dice bags. when you use the template to upload your image it wasn't apparent to me that the center of the image is where the cloth of the bag will fold over. so when you lay the bag flat to admire the artwork you'll be looking at the side of the uploaded image instead. It makes me think that the process is completely automated because if an actual person would have been looking at the image they would have made the adjustment to create a better looking bag. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to finally ship me the products, and thankfully it came just in time for the holidays. it was delivered on christmas eve to be exact. the mats and dice bags were delivered in a flimsy cardboard tube that was smashed and mangled. the top of the tube was missing, and the contents of the package were completely soaked through and dripping wet. i had to wring out out the play mats and dice bags removing all the excess moisture before hanging them up to dry. I had also purchased two 'Inkedplaymats' stickers, which you may have guessed were completely destroyed. I wasn't really heart broken over that, but it annoying to see them delivered that way. now i understand that inkedplaymats.com can't predict what will happen in transport, but they should take a greater responsibility in preparing for the worst. why not ship the mats within a sturdy tube and have each mat and dice bag individually wrapped in plastic to further protect them for the elements. little thought, or care, was put into the delivery of their product; which is half the customer experience when you're making sales online. -Summary- I like the quality of the product, but the lack in preparation for the delivery of their products have me second guessing myself since I know that there is a good chance it will arrive damaged. Their customer service never even replied to my email when i expressed my grief over the delivery time and my disappointment that it may not arrive in time to be given as gifts. You have to treat your customers with the highest priority, and because they just chose to ignore my basicly plea I have to give Inkedplaymats a grade of - C -, which can easily be raised if they focus on some of the smaller details that make for a great customer experience.”

“The dice bag is fantastic. My only problem with the purchase was that it took over 2 month to arrive. I know delivery to europe takes some time but for most things, thats 2 weeks tops. Other than that, a great purchase.”
