“Order the item and it sat in a fedex warehouse for weeks. Sent a message to customer service to see if it happens a lot and they helped me and answered all my questions. Also told me how to request another if it didn’t get to me after a few weeks. Luckily I didn’t have to and I received it just under a month after it shipped. It feels great and looks amazing with my setup. Looking to buy another for a second setup. Thanks!”
