“I never received my item. I ordered 4 custom mousepads that I ordered in early June, and now it's August and still no luck. If you live in Canada I'd suggest taking a look at other companies that actually compensate or work with you when your item is lost instead of leaving you in the dark. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I was told that after 6 weeks of the last shipping update, they would reship my order. Which is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an item, let alone an update. Unfortunately, there's no 0-star option.”
