“I have inquired to customer support about the item multiple times. They keep putting the delay up to COVID, however when I called the shipping company, they said the time has passed for the delay and to contact the company immediately for a refund or new package. I did that, and they say I need to wait longer. Worst experience I’ve had in years.”

“Yea I ordered this mouse pad on a whim and it's actually really nice, color is excellent, mouse pad was alot bigger than I expected but that was my fault lmao.”

“The surface is incredibly smooth and allows me to play my games at a fast speed, and not only that, but the ability to customize the picture and the size was awesome. I got a huge mouse pad that fits over my whole desk. I chose a personalized anime picture that I colored myself as the photo for the mouse pad. The picture printed perfectly and clearly.”

“I continue to be impressed by Inked Gaming products. I was able to use their custom extended XXL Mousepad (which is really a weird name for a size, but okay) to print a play mat for Firefly, The Game. I love it! I would not hesitate to use Inked Gaming again. (And frequently have.)”

“Dissapointing. After reading their wonderful reviews for the 48 x 24 game pad i figured i could have a custom print pad made and expect outstanding results. 98% of the gamepad came out beautiful resolution wise but at the bottom theres 2 spots where it appears the image wasnt trimmed properly at the outline pasted back in random spots,which ruins the whole image because its very noticable. I would love to have this error fixed if possible.”
