“I ordered this item 8th December. It was dispatched 22nd December. Left USA 29th December. It arrived in the UK apparently 6th Jan - I STILL HAVE NO ITEM!”

“I had put together a design for my fiancés mousepad for Christmas, I decided to open it just to take a look at it the image was pretty dark and did not look like a display image that was given to me however I reached out to their customer service team and they explain to me why my image may have come out darker and even though that error could have been on my end they remade the mousepad and it came out brighter. I was extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service! Thank you!”
