“I ordered the mousepad around 7-8 weeks ago and DHL shipped it to a whole other country. The mousepad it self is great, however I paid the extra shipping and I still didn't receive my product which is kind of frustrating.... If possible for a refund then I'd like to apply for that.”

“First of all the color reproduction on the mat was PERFECT. Turned out exactly like the file I created for it. The material is wonderful as well. Not only does it just feel like quality it performs like it. My mouse glides seamlessly across it. Even better is that the mat doesn't shift at all. I tried pulling it from the sides and it stuck to my desk like glue. I have but one tiny gripe is that one of the corners the stitching didn't go far enough in so you can see a tiny bit of white elastic but it;s not tearing or anything. It's maybe 1/4" section and you can't even see it unless you look right at at up close. All in all 10/10 would buy again.”
