“Playing TI on this mat was so good. The tiles weren't moving around the table when my decidedly heavy handed friends decided to roll my poor Winnu when I captured Mecatol right off the bat. It's ok. I forgive them. The mat itself feels like high quality fabric on top of a rubber backing. The colors are vibrant and crisp. The hexes on the mat I received were a tiny bit smaller than the tiles, but that wasn't a big deal. That is just a side effect of (what I assume is) dye-sublimation. Just having the player locations marked and not needing to guesstimate made it worth every penny. I made the mistake of ordering the 6 player mat when I really wanted the 8 player mat but Sherpa_Jim was able to fix it for me before the mat even shipped. three big thumbs up for that guy. The only thing that really bothered me about this mat was that I didn't invest in it sooner (We've been playing TI3 for ages now). If you're a serious TI player, you need this mat in your life.”

“Good quality as always from inkedgaming. I wish i didn't have to pay import fees from all my purchases there though. There is no other company that I buy from in the US that has import fees tagged on when it is delivered.”

“It's big and it keeps things organized. The hexes are a tad smaller than the game pieces (about a millimeter or so), unlike the official (and out of print) game mat that has the hexes bigger than the game pieces. I don't know if it's just mine got printed just slightly off or something. Better than the SCPT game mat for sure though!”

“Bought this mat for my group's semi-monthly Twilight Imperium game, and it is perfect. Keeps everything in place and takes the guesswork out of setup regarding where starting locations go. Highly recommend for TI gamers.”

“I couldn’t buy the official one so had to go with Inked. No regrets, the Mat is high quality and really does the trick as good as (of not better than) the official mat. It’s just a shame that my friends will never play TI:4 with me again after our last game got a little heated... Great May though!”
