“The playmat I ordered looks great! I also had a great experience working with Jim during a difficult situation. UPS damaged my playmat in shipping to the point where they never even delivered it. I contacted Jim in Customer Support and they agreed to replace the playmat even before settling things with UPS! I couldn’t be happier.”

“Overall, everything is pretty well handled. My last neoprene mat was printed crooked, but I cut the pieces out so it turned out alright. My only real complaint, is it the last couple times I received a payment in the mail only one side had the plastic cap on the tube and the other side was just taped. The mat stuck to the tape and was creased when I took it out of the tube both times.”
