“This was my first custom order through Inked Gaming. The shipping time was fast and the price was right based on a custom order. However, the mats, despite how beautiful the images look, are not square; they are 36"x35.75". I thought any shrinkage would have been evenly applied on all sides. Other than that, these are great mats! I would recommend Inked Gaming to anyone.”

“I did a custom mat and was disappointed by the considerable shrinkage. I paid the return shipping and enlarged the image, only to find it still too small. I enlarged it by the predicted shrinkage on their site, but it was still considerably off. I got no response to my email to them and that is the biggest frustration. When you're able to reach them, the customer service is acceptable. However, I found with my orders that emails are ignored and you can't even get answers to basic questions. This has left me feeling negative about the whole experience and an overpriced and disappointing mat.”

“Size and quality were as expected. The mat has a good feel, and items move well across it. The rubber backing kept the mat flat and did not move around the table. Some feint colors were muted in the final print, but overall vibrancy and detail were excellent. I have already suggested the product to other people in my group.”

“Hey, so as I've said before, the mat is actually quite excellent. The fact that it was ready and delivered before xmas was cool too. my issue was the "not clear" shipping options. I am not a person who frequintly buys from the US, so I can take some blame for not educating myself properly before purchase. but maybe on your site you could have a separate list for ordering from Canada, that has the lower cost options/no brokerage fees?”

“The images on the mat did not come out as clearly as I had hoped. This is especially apparent when comparing it to another mat that I ordered. The bleed cut into the mat and actually impacted the functionality, but that may have been my fault. Overall I am satisfied with the mat, but next time I will utilize their formatting services just in case.”

“The quality of the mat itself is very good and the image is the one I sent in. However, I wanted the image to extend to the edges of the mat, but instead there is a thick white border around the image. Also, the image is a little crooked making the border uneven. Seems like these issues should have been caught and corrected before the final product, or at least contact made with me to ask if I wanted the possible issues corrected or left as is. Otherwise, very nice product.”
