“I had two wargaming mats printed, both of grassy fields. One was a brighter green while the other had more brown and muted colors to represent a muddy field. The mat material is great -- my mats lay flat without me needing to put on heavy objects on the corners. Also, the shipping was relatively fast, especially during the holiday season when I ordered. That said, the colors were a little off on both mats. The greens on the brighter mat were a bit dark in areas, obscuring the ground detail, but it was nothing particularly bad. The muddy mat's browns all had a red tint, like you see when your home printer is running out of ink so the colors come out faded. It is still usable and I intend to game with it, but next time I will fork over the extra $15 for editing and preview, although that added cost will probably cut back on the number of mats I order in the future.”

“Terrible. Product was not as ordered but no worries all custom stuff is non refundable or even negotiable no matter if it is completely different then what you ordered. Will not be using them ever again.”

“36x36 is actually bigger than I need, But it is the smallest square mat. It very nice and was made and sent quickly”

“Terrible. I was getting responses within 24 hours until I stated I need refund instructions then ghosted me. I’ve sent 3 emails since with no reply’s. The mat I got was very blurry and bad quality. I ordered a 2nd one without ever refunding the 1st and blurry again… I’ve bought 2 bad mats… so I attempt to refund the 2nd and no reply”

“Love the mat, great service, fast. Mat is perfect - bright colors, sharp lines. However, the Memorial Day promotion wasn't great. How about a straight discount instead of a program to join?”
