“Ordered mat, tried to submit a correction in the same day. Was told to return the mat after they send it to me, when i receaved the mat with the error. I tired to return the mat and was told i had to pay for shipping now, when i was told the opposite when i ordered and again contacted customer supprt the same day as i placed the order. Was told i had to pay for shipping back. And unfortunately could not afford at the moment to ship it back the large mat myself for the return. Now it is past the 30 day limit and i am stuck with a mat that was not printed correctly, and a very sour taste from your customer service. will never use... feel like i was scamed because of a file name mix up that was caught the same day as the order was placed.”

“Pretty pleased with the results of this mat. The scale is 90% of what my file was, darker than expected, and the trim job is off-centered and needs some cleanup, but overall happy with my mat. Used it many times this month for a variety of games with the family”

“Very happy this this game mat. It's good quality graphics and the mat itself is made well. My only (minor) negative is that I could not get rounded corners and stitching on this size but maybe someday that will be an option. Overall I'm very satisfied though and will be returning for more mats in the future.”
