“Mat itself is fine. Issue was with customer service and time to deliver. Mat took almost a full month (5 days shy) to arrive. There apparently was a weather delay, but wasn't notified like they claim they would have. Recieved nothing but excuses from CSR with no attempt to look into order. Also customer service is barely available. Like 5 hours a day and it takes an hour for them to respond. IMO, spent too much money on advertising, and not enough on production/services. Just all around, a lack of everything.”
