“I am not even sure where to start. I had a horrendous experience with another company, after shipping delays, exuses and finding out there were an international company, I had my doubts. I searched heavily for a US based company and i am SO glad I found Inked Gaming. US based, great customer serivce and very fair pricing. Item was created and received much sooner than I thought might be possible and boy oh boy am I pleased with what I got. It really helps my Whatnot Live streams POP! So happy, Will buy again, and will gladly tell anyone who asks about it on my shows, where I got it from with confidence.”

“The mat came out fine, but I was a little disappointed with the editing. I paid extra for someone to help me edit the mat and make sure it came out exactly as I wanted. But all this amounted to was them sending me a screenshot of my design and asking if it looked good. The mat did end up fine, but I wish I hadn't paid the extra for what amounted to nothing I couldn't already have gotten for the base version.”

“I have ordered a playmat previously during one of their promotions that sent you a playmat sleeve when you ordered a matt a little bit back and i reached out to see if I did it right. Turns out I didnt. They told me they couldn't send me one because I didnt click the special offer tab and I would have to order a new one to get it. Big bummer. Flash forward about a year and unfortunately there wasnt anything cool like that again this year, but I still wanted a dope playmat. I really liked the first one and I knew I was going to get something nice. It arrived in the mail last night during a storm with nothing but soggy cardboard covering a now extra wet playmat. Its a shame theres not little plastic wrap to keep it safer during shipping. Ive talked alot so far but the worst part is that its actually THINNER than their previous mats! I couldnt believe that the premium thick mat that I recived the first time was now closer to a flimsy towel than a rubber bottom playmat :( After I dried it the design was still good. so kudos to them but I wish they didnt change the thickness of their mats :/”
