“The artwork looks beautiful, with perfectly reproduced colors in very high resolution. I love how the artwork prints onto the edge stitching, as well. The only flaw is a tiny spot where the ink had formed a bubble instead of adhering to the fabric, and it chipped off immediatley leaving a white spot. It’s unnoticeable if you don’t know to look for it, and very minor, but holds it back from five stars.”

“It came back a lot darker than the image I submitted. I suppose if I payed the extra $15 for them to adjust it for me it may have been better but I adjusted it myself before submission so I kinda think it should have been better. Also I payed for 5 day shipping but it took about 8 days after shipping because it went from DHL to USPS which both of those suck, do yourself a favor and spring for UPS. I was tempted to give it 3 stars but the quality is great and the it still looks really good but I guess I would suggest paying for the extras like Optimization and shipping. That just makes it a $50 playmat...”

“Made my own playmat with custom picture. It was a little stretched compared to what the "preview" showed and cut a little of the picture on the edge. Colors, texture, and quality were amazing. I thought I had made the sizing correct with the card size on my design but the outline was a bit bigger than the actual cards. Not a huge deal still really love it. Thanks!”

“My playmat is stuck in shipping limbo somewhere for 3 weeks. DHL is terrible. There is no response on Twitter. I don't see any support links to talk to someone. The 1 star is for the support as I don't know what the mat is like.”
