“I never received my order after it was sent out on the 3rd of January and tracking information hasn’t updated since the 8th. Contacted Inked Gaming twice and never got it resolved or a refund.”

“I'm not able to review the mat because even though I ordered it 23 days ago and it shipped 15 days ago, I still haven't received it. I understand that there was some delay for the holidays, but the DHL eCommerce shipping option is awful.”

“The mat turned out great, when they packed the mat in the tube it was shipped in, they must have folded it. When I got the mat out, and unrolled it, it has what is seeming to be a permanent crease in the mat. This is a bummer because I bought it for my local gaming shop (as a way to give back to them) so they can run an exclusive event. I feel like I can't give less then 3 stars because it looks great,.....except for the crease....”

“The product itself was well printed. Bright colors, dark blacks. Looks great. The shipping on the other hand was a disaster. I paid for 5 day shipping to my place of employment. Unfortunately, it took 9 days to "go out for delivery", by which time my shop was closed for Christmas. Paying for the faster shipping was a waste of money since standard shipping was 10 days. We are both located in the same state, so it should have arrived MUCH faster. Made it a negative (and more expensive) experience since I had to buy another gift to have something under the tree on time.”
