“Paid for expedite shipping , ordered dec 16. Dec 22nd said was delivered. Never was delivered. I have cameras. Contacted company immediately. It is now Jan 2nd, no response. This was my 3rd order , previous two were perfect. Hopefully this can be rectified.”

“I ordered a large square mat to use with my gaming channel, and a second mat to use with gaming. I really liked the square mat and the colors are rich and vibrant, the second matt is very dark for some reason and I applied the stitching and (Mtg play zones), honestly these kind of suck. They are just not well done, if you use this option you may want to spend the extra $15 to make sure an employee looks at the product and enhances it if there are problems. The custom gaming case is fantastic and one of the best products this company makes. Inked staff has also been very hands on and made sure this was a good shopping experience. The company is pretty good, and other than my poorly designed playmat, is one I would gladly work with again.”

“The actual mat is great, but when I opened it from the mail it had the worst smell of fish and rot. After washing the mat in the sink with a sponge and hanging it out to dry, the smell is now gone, but I can't help but feel as if having merchandise that doesn't reek is not too much to ask.”

“can't speak for durability yet, but the image is beautiful. My only concern is that the mat itself feels thin compared to the other playmats I've bought.”
