“My customer service experience, and delivery was all fine, and the mat I bought is good quality in itself. However my artwork was obviously not suited to be printed on a play mat. It featured lots of fine detail which came out chunky in places. Also the colours were not quite right. This is a lesson for me about understanding what can be feasibly printed on a playmat more than anything.”
