“Extremely sharp image, customer service worked with me to get what I wanted with no hassle, and the mat itself is very high quality. Comes in a thick cardboard playmat tube so it won't have any damage done to it during shipping. If the art you're using is under 4k resolution, use a website named Waifu2x to double its size (or until it reaches 4k resolution) without loss of quality. My image was 1080p and I blew it up to 4k and the image came out sharp and crisp during printing! Would buy again from these guys. They're the best in the market.”

“The mat had a very strange stench to it. I tried fabreezing and washing it but still a bad odor and the wash kind of put a beating on the mat.”

Hi Antwan, That smell is from heating rubber up to high temperatures, it should fade over time. One thing to keep in mind is that if you put the mat back in it's tube, it will retain it's smell for longer. We always advise letting the mat "air out" for a few days by just hanging it somewhere. Washing on low and hanging to dry also works wonders. Thank you for your review and order! Have a great day.

“The print resolution is good. The quality of the mat is good. The smell is... well it goes away. The blacks are a bit too brown. Otherwise, it’s very good.”

“The quality of the mat itself is superb just don't expect high quality pictures to be converted properly unless you pay for the editing. I'll buy from custom ink gain for sure but definitely not a custom one. Still have a mixed bag of emotions about what I recieved.”

“Living Canada I had the option of either paying a low amount of $10 to have it shipped within 7~21 business days or 6-10 after paying $32. After hearing decent reviews I decided to take the express option and to purchase the custom mat. The mat however took more then 14 days to arrive and I had asked them to locate the shipment and had asked for a refund for the shipment fees as it arrived several days past it original range. They responded by giving me links to the USPS so that I could waste my time trying to chase down the product when they decided to use USPS as there only shipment provider. They refused to provide me any refund as I was asked to obtain the refund by myself (which USPS does not allow as the sender must request the refund), and ended up wasting the difference in cost for shipping. If you run into any issues I can re assure you that they will not assist you in the matter.”
