“everything about it was great except the guidlines were a little confusing when preparing the image, so i didnt get the best product i could have but over all really great”

“I ordered a playmat with a custom image. It looked really great when it arrived and the playmat itself was really good quality. But after rolling it together once, it had a small hole in the middle of the image. The layer beneath the image was red so the hole was difficult not to notice. Luckily, I could colour the hole with a green marker so it's less noticeable, but not what I had hoped for when I ordered the playmat.”

“Disclaimer: This is not a review of a product, as I never received a product. That being said, I attempted to order a custom mat from Inked Gaming. The image I uploaded contained trademarked symbols, and Inked Gaming notified me of this. I tried to start a dialogue with Inked Gaming about how I could alter the symbols so that they no longer fell under the trademark, knowing it to be possible since they advertise art with the symbols in question (altered to a degree, of course) on their site (which I linked to in my email). Inked Gaming blatantly ignored my attempts at dialogue and repeated that the symbols were trademarked. And so, my order was canceled and my money refunded. There were no issues with the refund, which is why I am rating my experience as 2 stars rather than 1 star. It's funny because after you order from them, they send you an email saying, "You're our hero!" If this is how they treat their heroes, how do they treat regular people?”
