“First I want to say that the playmat turned out great. I was more than pleased with the quality of both the mat and the image that I created for it. It truly did turn out to be what I had hoped it would be and I couldn't be happier. The only issue is just more of an annoyance with the process than anything else. During the shipping process, there were some delays. This feels normal in today's world, but the struggle was just that there wasn't much clarity around the delays. All of the emails that I received had optimistic ETAs and then there was one email that wanted me to verify the photo if it was bad. This email plus the unmentioned delays made me wonder if I had missed sending some information and the playmat wasn't getting made until that information was shared. An email following up explaining that delays would happen and giving a more realistic ETA would have alleviated any concerns.”

“Took me about a month to receive my custom playmat. The product was worth the wait and it looks and feels incredible but I do wish it couldve gotten to me a little faster. Regardless I give a full 5 star recommendation to inked gaming playmats.”

“The prints I recieved look fantastic. But i have realized that higher fidelity, and high contrast images come out a bit too dark or saturated. Otherwise, these prints look amazing”

“When I opened the case and examined the mat the edges on the top and bottom are coming apart from the mat (see attached). I probably wouldn't buy another play mat from inked gaming.”

“They design looks good. I didn't get the edges sewn because it wouldn't look nice with my design. The top fabric is already peeling up on the sides after only a few days. Pretty disappointed because now I need to seal it myself.”
