“The playmat looked amazing and the picture was printed perfectly with no pixilation. However I assume somewhere in the shipping something happened because when I opened it the playmat smelled terrible, like fishy trash smell bad. I had it air out by a window and it went away within the day.”

“I had a custom playmat made. I needed it for a birthday and paid for it to be tweaked slightly and expedited shipping. Not only was the communication through both Facebook and email slow but main points and problems were not made aware to me. My gift came in late(missing the birthday) and the actual product was blurry despite paying for the extra editing. I returned it and got my money back after paying an expensive shipping rate to send it back. I have purchased products in the past but I will no longer be ordering from here. A complete nightmare both in wasted money and time.”
