I provided a poor image, I imagined that paying the extra 50% for the image treatment would do miracles...but not really. Next time I will work with more attention on the image :) the playmat and the service is really good.

I'm very happy with the playmat! Delivery time was as promised, the provided file made it super easy to create the picture to be printed. Would give it 4.5 stars if it was possible. Half a star deducted because one Grey was quite a bit darker on the product compared to how I designed it, making the black on it almost invisible.

From what I have seen of the reviews, I had great hopes for this playmat, so I sent of an image that an artist friend had made based off a story. The image met all the specs, right size, correct PPI, and in RGB format. What I sent off was a lovely image of a deep forest scene. The colours were all vivid and deep, with a mixture of darker greys, blues, and such colours, mixed with some warm rich oranges and some brighter cool blues. What I got back from them however was a rather muddied playmat. The print was exceptionally darker then the image I had sent off. Most of the darker details were all blended together, and all the details on the ground were all one mass of varying splotchy dark grey mass. The oranges were not as vivid, and looked a bit like the gala was dumped way down, or someone was fiddling with the contrast a bit. The light blues were mostly fine however. Orriginally I thought the colour on my monitor was probably off, so I borrowed my friends calibrator, and did some minor adjustments. The colour was defiantly still off on the playmat, or, I should say, the contrast more than anything. Just to make sure I went to the same friends house and loaded it into his Cintique tablet, and still the same issue. There were only two thing that made this playmat at all redeemable, the sharpness was adequit, affected by the fabric texture it was still suprisingly crisp. The second is that the muddied colours kind of made it look misty, and it was an interesting effect, although not intended. So I won't buy from them again, but overall, if it suits you, and you don't care, then certainly go for it.

The quality of the print on the sleeves is remarkable and serves its primary purpose of customizing the back illustration to the customer's specifications. One thing I have to note, however, is the print ink marking the Top Tip of the transparent front sleeve (the very edge where the card enters). It becomes quite an inconvenience when this ink breaks down and scatters as tiny black hairlike threads. It is removable, but not easy. This is the #1 aspect inked gaming can improve their sleeve quality - to remove the inking of the front sleeve upper tip when printing the image on the back.

I enjoyed the results of these mats, and the quality is on par with the better ultra pro mats. One mat image came out a little dark, but the image was still visible and clean.
