As the first placemat I’ve ordered online I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of it. I used something I digitally painted myself as the image and all the colours turned out perfectly, it blended at the edges and the whole thing was made of a nice and soft material.

I ordered three custom mats. One mat turned out well but I had an issue with two due to the difference between how an image looks on a computer screen and how it prints on the fabric. From what I can tell, when images are printed on fabric, darks appear darker and lights appear lighter. The way the image printed on both mats just looks bad and ruins the intended effect. I sent a picture of the mat was met with a response that it was probably the flash on my camera. No flash in the picture. I originally offered to change my design (since the process does not seem to be able to handle the subtleties in the image) and order a new mat at cost. I also offered to ship the mats back to them (I did not ask for them to pay for shipping) so they could use them to look in to improving their process and/or add a disclaimer on the ordering instructions about issues with high contrast transitions. I was told that they do not do returns or exchanges but could offer me 50% off on my next purchase. I felt like I started out trying to meet them half way and don't really feel like I should pay 150% to get a useable mat(s). The problem that came up with my design probably won't affect most people / designs. The service and product is good but am pretty disappointed by the customer service on what I imagine is an unusual issue.

Just as the title says! BUT im a little bit dissapointed that the image on it is not as sharp. But for the rest its a good quality playmat! Would surely recommend it no doubt!

The lack of grey scale contrast on the printing of my custom art was a huge issue for the quality of my playmat. The custom art that I used was a black and white image, and unfortunately the final product appears to have at best three to four shades between black and white. This caused all of the finer details to be completely removed leaving swaths of black space in an otherwise populated star-field. Very disappointing.

Honestly, it's very flimsy, I am afraid to play with it anymore because the edges are not very secure, the printed surface adhesive already shows signs of deteriorating. I would advise you sew over the edges for extra durability. But the colors are great and it is very beautiful.

Somewhat happy and good overall, but the printing looks distorted on the left side. Girl's arm and clothes start to look like they blend into the surroundings. Not sure if it's my fault with the picture or the printing quality.

The playmat I bought was fairly high quality, and was definitely worth $25. However the mat was a little messed up, but still looks fine. There were a few spots that didn't print correctly, and it's just blank in a few places. Overall, I recommend these playmats, they are cheap and high quality. They do smell funny for the first few weeks though.
