“I needed a single custom mat for a game I was running at a war-gamming convention. I was worried that I had procrastinated and wouldn't get the mat in time. I was leaving on a Thursday, and I ordered the mat around midnight on the Wednesday night the week prior. By noon the next day (one week before leaving) I was notified that the mat was finished and I had it in my hands on Saturday. Wow!
