“the mat itself was decent though the color and printing were a bit off dispite following all resolution requirements. It also took FOREVER to come in. I think this would be better if all custom mats were reviewed before printing for quality assurance. Because they offer this as a PAID service, I wont review lower, but I also feel a review shouldn't be charged for, optional editing, totally.”

“$25 per playmat and I had to do all the photo editing for it? I am so glad I found a local place to do this for less than half the price. What a rip off.”

“I ordered the playmats on April but they didn't arrive for almost 2 months. I contacted customer center twice and they said just wait. If you live out of USA, order with more expensive shipping option or you can't get it and wait over 2 months without any information(the cheapest option will be tracked only inside of USA). Initially, they requested me to wait for 6 weeks but they changed to 2 months when I contacted them to inform that I didn't get them after 6 weeks from order.”

“worked hard and created a mat,ordered and never received. when i asked for an eta on my play mat. i received an email that my order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. its a total load of shit buyer beware!!! wish i could rate negative stars will spread the word”

“The mat is great, It looks fantastic, only complaint is when i received it in the mail it was stinky, and everytime i take it out to play with someone i get complaints. Any suggestions? I may have to wash it.”

“I ordered a custom play mat and eighty sleeves that are fantastic, but it took literally a month for the sleeves and two days for the play mat. Other then that, no complaints”
