“I figured more of the edges would be cropped off from my image I sent in. None the less, I prepared as best I could for either situation; whether nothing was cropped off or if a small amount was. And that's pretty much what they advertised. Would be nice, but probably unrealistic, if their template was exactly what would be on the final product. But it's practically a non-issue. I'm happy.”

“Ordered a custom playmat, had it printed the same day, shipped the next and arrived by the third day. The print quality was lovely. I know they said to be aware that the colors may look a little different when printed but their team did a great job of correcting the image to get as accurate of a print job as possible. The reason I didn't put 5 stars is because my mat had frayed edges when I took it out of the shipping tube. I contacted customer support and they got back to me within 24 hours. They asked for some order information and pictures of the fraying. Once they reviewed that I got an email letting me know a new mat would be printed and shipped to me. So, great customer service. I'm just waiting for my new mat to arrive. I will definitely be purchasing more custom mats from them in the future.”

“I have ordered a custom playmat from Inked Playmats before, and it turned out fantastic (other than I received the playmat 4 days after it was marked shipped, even though I paid for 2 day shipping). My second mat, however, was a real disappointment. The image was incredibly dark, to the point that over 40% of the mat looked black where the image submitted had been incredibly detailed. This mat also arrived later than the 2 day shipping for which I paid extra.”

“For my anniversary I wanted to gift my boyfriend a play mat for Magic. But all the ones I were looking at were very pricey and/or damaged. I was introduced to this website by a friend, and am pleased to say I am very satisfied with my purchase! I ordered a custom made play mat, and had them edit it. They did a great job in editing the image and worked very quickly in getting it printed and shipped to me. When I received the play mat in the mail it was well packaged. The quality of the image is fantastic and the play mat overall is satisfactory.. however! One complaint I do have is that it is a little thin for my taste, and would have preferred a thicker one. I would recommend this site to any friend and most likely will purchase from here again in the future if I ever need a play mat or anything of the sort.”

“I guess I am happy for the most part and everyone I have shown the mat to likes it but I am a little disappointed that the mat is so much lighter than the artwork I submitted.”

“I ordered a custom play mat to use in a tourney at GenCon. I used the provided template in GIMP, sent the file and had a quick turn around. Pricing was fair and service was rapid. I did think I'd get an email confirming the image/layout was correct before it was printed based on the product description, but then I realized that is for using the service to have InkedPlaymats do the layout for you.”
