“The playmat looked wonderful! I appreciated the double check of the design. However, I was disappointed that he estimated arrival was very off. The day it was estimated to arrive, it hadn't even been sent out of the facility yet. I believe it took around 10 days to receive. Overall, good experience.”

“I bought a custom Eevee playmat and I got the email saying that it was delivered to my house but it never came. What am I supposed to do now? I lost over $30 and I have no playmat. Are you going to send me another one?”

“Everything went well and items were received in a timely fashion and in good condition. However the increase in shipping with an increase of items kinda meant I couldn't buy as much though it is somewhat understandable looking at the containers. However as a foreign customer it kinda stings none the less.”

“I used the template provided, and uploaded my image. The playmat was shipped out quickly. I love it, it looks great. I just have one complaint, there was noticeable differences in the grays I used, but I assume that is because of a CMYK/RGBK discrepancy. Overall, great playmat, my playgroup loves it.”

“Overall, the two playmats I ordered were excellent but one of them came out with a smudge that wasn't part of the artwork :/ I don't know if it wa the machine or something, but it does subtract slightly from the mat. Overall excellent and of course recommend inked playmats and will be using again.”
