it was a touch thinner than I am used to, but it looks nice and i'd definitely get another mat here.

it was abit of a hastle to deal with at times and i feel like the requirement of paying extra just to see the preview of the mat is abit ludicrous but in the end the mat came out fine. its a good service but it could use some improvements

I used the template and had a black-heavy image printed of my cat in space, and it turned out pretty much perfect. It seems to be holding up well, though the rubber backing is a little thinner than I'd expected it to be...my regular playmat that I purchased from my LGS is about twice as thick. Still, not bad, definitely worth what I paid.

I was really happy with how my image turned out. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very personalized email confirming whether or not I'd be okay with the cropped version of the image I submitted. When the playmat arrived, I was blown away by how high-quality the picture was despite the fact that the one I originally submitted wasn't exactly 1080p. The only thing I'd say could use improvement would be the cylindrical mat-holder that the thing is shipped in. Considering the custom playmat clientele (people who care about the way things look and the condition of their cards/dice/mats/etc.), you can probably expect that buyers will want to store their mat neatly in the mat-holder. And though the thing you sent works great, it isn't exactly pretty to look at. Honestly, I don't think you'd be barking up the wrong tree to think about or start developing some kind of special playmat-holding cases... something that looks like a wooden scroll case, I don't know. All I'm saying is that if one was offered, I'd probably buy it.

I felt a bit weird shopping for custom playmats online, but one of my friends mentioned Inked Playmats. I decided to give it a shot, and spend some money. I already possessed the skills needed in editing, although paying the extra 10 dollars probably isn't a bad idea for a proper looking playmat. The one downside I'd have to say is that the playmat is a little thin for my preference. It rolls up tightly at about one inch diameter, and crumbs can be felt through the playmat. Other than that, the image has gotten me many approvals with my friends, and I'll take it to a tournament tomorrow to see how the public will enjoy it. Thanks!
