“I ordered three play mats which took two weeks to be made and shipped due to excessive orders. Then they were returned to sender due to failure to provide complete shipping information on my part. There customer service was helpful however, and they shipped the play mats out to the correct address as soon as they got them.”

“I submitted a mat design that was scaled down farther from the edges of the mat in order to be safe about the croping that is mentioned when ordering. Even after scaling down the design I was still a little afraid that maybe something could still go wrong so I marked that I wanted to pay the extra money for the editing help. I was not charged for the editing and the obviously did not do any editing because I was sent a mat with the top of the design cut off. They did not even come close to centering the design I sent in because of how the top was cut off and the bottom has so much blank space. It was disapointing that they would even send the mat to me with it being so clearly off center.”

“I was happy with the customer service that I received from inkedplaymats.com. I asked how long it would take for the item to ship and they quickly responded. I have not received the playmat yet but I expect it will be high quality and I will order from them again.”

“The playmat came out beautifully! I was worried that it would be blurry because I had to scale up the image I sent, but you can see every detail on the mat. However, the playmat does have a new car smell, but that's probably an issue with the packaging. I will definitely order again.”
