“I ordered a custom playmat during the spring 40% off sale. I have been itching to get a custom playmat I designed for Netrunner, but I was a little hesitant to pull the trigger, so the sale gave me an excellent chance to print a different design to see how inked works. I am very pleased with the results! The playmat is of great material quality. The print seems to lose a little red hue of the color from the original image, but other than that looks perfect! Not only is the product great, but customer service is awesome. I called their customer service line when my order was taking a while to ship, and they were very responsive. Checked my order right away and had answers immediately (turned out they had just done about three month's worth of business in one day, so good for them). The guy I spoke with on the phone was quite friendly. My only complaint is that the top edge of the playmat is a bit frayed from the cutting process, but it is fairly minimal and might be due to the sheer volume of work they've been doing lately. I definitely intend to both (A) recommend inked to my friends and (B) order that Netrunner playmat now that I know how awesome Inked is!”

“Got a great price with a promotion. The printing quality was decent, but the resolution was noticeable less than the specified submission standards and the horizontal printing was slightly misaligned. Still a good deal.”

“Overall I'm very please with the platmat. The printing came out very nice with vibrant colors and accurate representation of the original picture. I did notice the mat was thinner and seemingly less sturdy than my previous mats I purchased from Ultra Pro. We'll see how they hold up. Something that might be a nice option to add (I might even spend a few extra bucks on it) would be to have the option to add/overlay numbers on the side for keeping track of life.”

“Bought 4 mats for their Spring Sale. Waited almost 3 weeks to receive and when I did 3 of my mats had creased corners. Whoever rolled them did a horrible job. I tried flattening them (which I shouldnt even have to do in the first place if the person would have rolled them correctly) but you can still see the crease marks. I emailed you guys and you guys responded within a couple of hours and I responded back but have yet to hear a response back after you guys told me to send you pictures of the mats so you can see which ones you will resend. How much longer am I going to have to wait to have the product I paid for? However, aside from the crease, the mats are nicely made and to my liking. I only wish that it did not come damaged. Future purchases are pending.”

“Picture game out great with good colors. Got it quick. A bit thinner and more delicate than playmats I'm used to. Will probably buy another and would recommend to a friend.”

“This is our fourth inked playmat, second custom. All of them are beautiful, keeping the detail of the images. They're lightweight but still sturdy, and the shipping is fairly quick.”

“The playmat is great. There seems to be a small brown stain on the bottom corner of the mat which was weird, looks like coffee. The Canadian shipping time was long. Other than that it's great.”

“The mat quality was great, my only problem with it was that the playmat was pretty bad smelling out of the box. After a few days, the smell did go away.”
