“It is understandably difficult with an online purchase to always ensure that a customer gets exactly what they're looking for, especially when the item in question is custom made. So it is understandable that all a supplier can do is provide as much information as possible during the process. Inked playmats did exactly that, and while I'd love to say (yet cannot) that the end product was "exactly" what I imagined, I can say that it was close enough that I am happy. Little details like how certain colors appear stronger on a mat than in a picture is difficult to foresee. The shipping was fast, and packaging was effective. I regrettably have little to suggest that is constructive, but still must call it what it is: near perfect.”

“I ordered two mats at the same time. They both came in looking fantastic, but were shipped in the same tube. This makes sense, but I find it shady that I was charged for shipping on two items and Inked only had to pay once.”

“I have not received my mat. I have ordered from inkedplaymats several times now and this has been the longest wait than before. It says it shipped but it hasn't moved from the same area for 5 days now. I get mats feom here in 3 days after it ships. When I order monday I get it saturday. It is monday now.”
