“I would like to thank you all very much for the playmat I just received. The playmat turned out way better than I would dare to hope. The detail that is retained in the print is amazing. Surely it was worth the wait for transport half across the globe! Only comment I have is that the darks turned out darker than I expected from the image on my computer screen. I should note that I have no experience with printing, so any tip or tricks that you could share would be very appreciated.”

“I bought two of these (that both came out fantastic I must say), but because they were for two different people, the required different artwork. When you click to purchase, it makes you submit your artwork and then adds it to the cart. When you try to add another one, it just ups the quantity of the one you already ordered, thus you can't submit more than one piece of custom art at a time (at least without some customer support help). So I just loaded up two different tabs in my browser and cranked out two separate purchases. No big deal I though, they'd have to come in separate tubes anyhow, so I felt paying the shipping twice was fair. One came two days earlier than the other (?!) but I got them in a timely manner. However, about 5-10 minutes after I ordered them, I received two emails for a discount/rebate if I used their link to buy another mat. Had I bought one, then waited, and then the other, I would have been eligible for it. It would have been nice if this was announced on the purchase page, just like the deal if you were buying mass quantities of a mat for a shop or an event. Anyhow, I spent like $5 more than I should have, but I'm happy. I'll remember for next time. inkedplaymats.com, you can email me and paypal me $5 if you want an awesome customer service comment up here, or you can keep my $5, and leave this the way it is. I understand the promo was meant to spread word of your awesome product, but the fact that I gave them as gifts instead already puts your name out there to not one, but two, of my friends.”

“I bought the custom mat but the printer was shifted 1/16 of an inch, messing up all of the borders on my image. When I asked them about it, they were glad to replace the mat with a fixed version. I was close to leaving a lower rating because one guy named Jeff bitched at me (http://puu.sh/5Rx7k.png) for following the site's own fucking tutorial. Other than him, it was all cool.”

“It hasn't been used yet since it is a Christmas present, but it seems to be good quality. The image is what I submitted. Some of the edges are more pixilated than desired, so just make sure you send a high resolution photo of clean up the edges.”
