“Still waiting after a shipment of Jan. 2. I understand that there was a DHL truck accident, and I hope that everyone's OK. That notwithstanding, the DHL tracking page says that it was delayed 24–48 hours. If that means that the max normal waiting time for a delivery is 10 business days, then add another 48 hours, it should have reportedly arrived by today. It seems like it would've been at least decent customer service to notify the people whose orders were affected by the truck accident rather than me having to dig for that information. Additionally, Mitch Gross hasn't replied to my most recent question. Seems like I should go with Ultra-Pro next time?”

“The mat was way darker then i had hoped and a bit faded. The mat was nice to get but honestly i would have liked it more as the picture had it to be”

“I love the artwork and the material is great. Unfortunately the art was not as vibrant as it looks in the picture and feels faded day one. Also the package it was shipped in was tore open before i recieved it.”

“The fabric is wrong and movable I've put the mat in the wash twice and I Haven't seen any fading very impressed.”
