“My product was blurry even though I followed their specifications. Arrived late and didn’t have any tracking info. Would only offer my half my money back for a unusable product. Terrible customer service. Don’t use this company your wasting money.”

Your product was delivered within 10 Business Days, but we do strive to get it to you sooner. As we have stated, if you wanted to provide us with a higher quality version art to get printed we would replace since the image uploaded was not what was intended. “I had a proof sent to me to review what I was ordering. I order this for my husband for valentines day. It came in later then I est. time I was originally given. But he obsessed with it. He keeps telling me he is going to draft MTG with a Pokemon matt but its made really well and the photo came out great.”

“I just got my mats today and I'm very impressed with their quality! The colors are very true to the design that I created and the mats themselves are well-stitched, so I know that they will last a long time. I recommend the proof and editing add-on; it helped me dial in the image and make sure that it would come out exactly as I envisioned.”
