“After being told about how nice inked play mats are, I decided to make one myself. I followed all the instructions completely. Made my image the right size and resolution, and making my image slightly bigger to go past the edges so the picture would be seamless. I get my mat 20 days later and it looks absolutely terrible. The picture is fuzzy and the edge of the picture is squared off while the mat is rounded. I wanted to return my mat and it’s going to cost me a 50% restock fee and 12 dollars shipping from fedex. I will literally LOSE money if I send this back. I will NEVER buy a product from here ever again. If someone from customer service wants to get back to me, please do, but I give you my 1 star review.”

“Product is awesome, my brother will flip when he sees this epic playmat. Picture turned out great and quality seems top notch! Would definitely recommend to everyone. They even made sure it arrived by Christmas. Very happy customer.”
