“Product arrived without any sort of protective shipping tube or carrying bag (Other purchases have all had these). Just tossed into a box. Playmat itself was exactly how I drew it up and exactly how I ordered it. Easy 5 stars if purchase had protection during shipping.”

“Great quality but the area of the photo that showed up on the mat was different than the selected cropped portion. I didn’t opt for the editing on this one, but the fact that the area that it said was going to be displayed and the area that actually was displayed is different is annoying.”

“The quality of the mat's physical properties is really good. The mat rolls out and stays flat without adjustment, the border is well done, and the quality of the custom image is clear. However, the blacks of the print are either way too deep or something that needed to be digitally adjusted beforehand. The background of my custom image has a lot of detail that's very dark and becomes one big black mass. I think some sort of notice to adjust for the capabilities of the printer or whoever is printing needs to be more clear as a simple contrast adjustment from the submitter or whoever was printing would've made it fine.”
