“Did a custom photo mat on canva and it printed beautifully. My sister is really happy with it. I'd recommend paying the $1 for the extra insurance. It doesn't tell you at checkout, but the provider they use normally takes at least a month. The tracking isn't accurate and they told me that there can be no movement on the package for 2-3 weeks (and that this is normal, as per my conversation with inked gaming). The package showed no signs of movement the last week, but then get a notification it was out for delivery with Canada post. It was then delivered, but the package still said it was in LA lol So the extra insurance is really good for peace of mind. Overall took just over a month to get to me.”

“I ordered 5 playmats initially. Approximately a week after receiving them and distributing them to my team, 2 of the mats began to have frayed edges. I contacted Inked Gaming's customer support and was sent out 3 replacement mats for free which is great. However, 2 of those mats also have frayed edges as well.”
