“No issues with the product at all however this has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After Matt contacted me to tell me they could not use the picture I submitted for a custom playmat after i bought it, i changed the design to the Algae Leviathan playmat. I was then contacted multiple times for the same issue that had already been resolved, delaying my order at least an extra week. After asking multiple times for a refund as the company did not seem capable if filling the order I was ignored and stuck waiting for the order anyway. Decent playmats but not worth the headache”
