Shipping was on time and the finished product looked great except for one that came back grainy. I used a high res photo, but I guess it wasn't enough.

I ordered a custom playmat and it turned out way to dark to even see the image and I sent the order back for a exchange and it has been about 2 weeks and they claim they have not received the item back. Horrible company to buy from!!!

You have to be cautious, the color sometime are not what you think they will be, but the quality of the mat is amazing!

They are really good mats, the only reason I didn't give a 5 stars was because the mat was slightly thinner than I expected.

So, I love the size. Though, I thought the resolution of my chosen image should have been brighter and more vibrant. However, I will allow margin of user error on my part also.

Custom Playmat is a 3.5 stars • 5 stars for quality • -1.5 stars for the experience that comes with ordering it internationally (read below) • has room to improve with pay-for additional features (e.g. stitched edges, and coming packaged in a protective sleeve / tube) In short, if you are a domestic customer, I recommend Inked Gaming. Great product for a great price. If you are an international customer, be weary and do some research into the delivery agent. The increased price of international shipping and customs, the putative non-arrival, and sub par packaging is a strong deterrent of an otherwise good product. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Given the price of a standard Ultra Pro playmat and the price of one from Inked Gaming which has the art of your choice, it is a no brainer. Inked Gaming is incredibly price competitive. That said there is a minor issue that should be addressed. Namely, the edges of the mat are not stitched. This means as soon as you get your product, you can see some of the edges starting to lift, and over time, eventually fray just like an Ultra Pro mat. I would happily pay $5 more for stitched edges. Also, one edge of the mat seems to want to curl up. Maybe it will go down over time. So 5 stars for providing a customized mat with the same quality as Ultra Pro with a fair price. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I will be docking some points from my review not for the quality of the product, but for the experience that comes along with ordering it as an international customer. If you are an international customer, contact customer service ~before~ you order. Depending in which country you live the delivery agent that is used in your country may be sub par. I have two friends who - anecdotally - told me of their experience with international shipping of Inked Gaming products. The delivery service that ended up being used in their home country is not good, so they never received their products. Due to this reason, I almost did not receive my product. Only several hours of phone calls with various delivery stations and customs offices resulted in me finding where my package was. Thus I urge you to ask Inked Gaming to ship with a provider who will transfer your product to a delivery agent you trust. Customs will only hold your product for a short period of time, and if the your delivery service doesn't notify you about your package with the pick up code in that time frame (which happened in the above cases), your product will be sent back. While Inked Gaming may, or may not, not be aware of this issue ( as my friends in their stories said the contacted Inked Gaming about this, and the would not resend the products), their current shipping arrangement for some international countries make ordering a gamble. Minus 0.5 a star. Even though it is not Inked Gaming's responsibility to deliver the product (only to ship it with an agent who will deliver it for them), given the issues I, and others have reportedly experienced, some more care should go into choosing who they ship with. In addition, Inked Gaming offers free shipping for domestic orders over a certain price threshold. No such offer (or shipping price reduction) is offered for international orders. This is a problem as you will have to pay customs for not only your products, but also the shipping price. Thus at the very least a 10 dollar shipping rebate should be offered for international orders over 50, and 20 for orders over 100. (Inked is free to discount more). Or they could try something like transfer wise, to group products going to a similar location together to reduce shipping fees, e.g. if a couple players order their product to their LGS. Minus 0.5 a star for the non equal incentives offered to international customers. In addition, playmats are shipped in a rough cardboard tube, which is why - I suspect - I can see the start of edge fraying on my new playmat after international shipping. At the very least wrap these tubs in something and pad the top and bottom with a few packing peanuts / air bubbles. Better yet, it would be nice to get the mat in one of the cheap plastic playmat tubes. If that affects their low price point, it could at least be an add on option. Minus 0.5 a star for technically shipping the product, but not really going out of their way to prevent the product from getting damaged. Lastly, I paid for an accelerated international shipment, and received my product in the time frame of the default shipping method. Maybe it was do to with the aforementioned shipping agent issues. Maybe not. Regardless, it leaves a bitter feeling, when you hope to get the mat in time for an event and you don't, despite paying for it. 3.5 stars overall. Would I purchase something from Inked Gaming again? Yes, but only if I was in the US at the time or they informed me of the ways the addressed the
