“I ordered a few 2 player gaming mats. The mats look great, however the tube they came in was damaged during shipping. I sent an email bringing up this issue, but never heard anything back.”

“It came out in very low resolution even tho it was a big hd picture, delivery took about 3 weeks even tho I paid extra for it to be delivered in 6-10 days instead of 7-21”

“I am very disapointed. You folded the playmat by placing it in a too small tube. You don't respect your own FAQ. When I complained to the support your are sorry but you are not able to refund the shipping cost. I never order again.”

“The playmat itself was ok (overall quality, material, colours, centering... everything). My only complain is that it came folded by half and then rolled up, thus it has persistent crease; I really hope it does away with time.”
