“Overpriced and took almost two months to arrive”

“When I received the sleeves, I put it directly on my cards. I DID NOT use sleeve covers, because it made it hard to shuffle. I know it was my fault the sleeves got scratched off, but I expected it to have a higher quality. I was wondering why other sleeves with pictures by different brand could keep their image on the sleeve. I would recommend better sleeve quality, but not for collectors, but for players.”

“First off for the first few weeks it felt so cool to have custom sleeves but what I wasn't expecting is for them to start wearing out so soon as I noticed the print on the sleeves was starting to peel off. Not to mention since I had small cards I had to triple sleeve them and in result had to buy a whole new deck box to fit them. Overall I'll probably not be getting sleeves from here again.”

“The quality is good and I do like them, but my issue is that I ordered 60 sleeves, and only received 50. I would have sent a message earlier to express my complaint, but I've been too busy with my job to do so. Is there any way to fix this?”

“My order took an excessive amount of time to be completed, although the customer support was exceptional which made up for it. I would buy from here again but i would order about 3 months ahead of time.”

“I ordered my playmat and sleeves for my friend's birthday over a month is advance, and it took almost an 2 additional months, and I emailed them regarding the sleeves, and they told me they were waiting because of an excessive order. Needless to say I didn't have his whole gift. Which is understandable due to the volume of sleeves ordered. I wished they would've emailed me first. On the bright side though, they did send his playmat when it was finish, I got it within a week of when I placed my order. Just be time cautions when buyingcertain items.”
