“I ordered custom sleeves on the 10th of November, and they take an average of 12 days to print and ship... Today is December 2nd, the order is still unfulfilled according to the website. When I emailed to check the status I was given dates for completion of my order and those have come and gone. When I contacted you again, I was met with, "If you would like to cancel your order just let me know." I just wanted my order to be completed when it was supposed to be and I paid extra for quicker shipping which was a waste since the sleeves still aren't done.”

“I have extremely high hopes for how they'll turn out, just waiting for them to arrive! It's 2 days shy of a month since I ordered them and they haven't shipped yet, but customer service informed me they should ship tomorrow. Fingers crossed, another review coming once they arrive!!”

“I was extremely disappointed upon receipt of the sleeves. All the sleeves had horizontal streaks that you would find from old low quality inkjet printers, and the PPI on the sleeves were horrid. The main thing that I really hated was that the sleeves were printed in such low PPI, that even at a distance, you can tell that there is pixelation, making the sleeves look very poor in quality. I had my doubts when I initially saw the PPI and resolution requirement for the pictures, but figured they knew what they were doing, since I'm not a professional in the field, and trusted them to come out in decent quality. I didn't expect perfection, even slight pixelation I could have been okay with since I saw how much pixelation there was in the submission picture due to size restrictions. But this was far below expectations. The minimal distance you have to be to not see pixelation is if you're a standing spectator watching the game from behind the player. I had high hopes and respect for this company due to its well-known name and widespread customer base, but unless you increase your PPI for your custom products, I will never order another custom sleeve or playmat.”

“Its been almost a month since i ordered my card sleeves and i've yet to recieve them. I will probably never receieve them if which honestly pisses me off because i thought they were going to be great but i guess not.”
