“I was overjoyed with the quality and fast creation of the custom playmats. Unfortunately for me, I was unaware of such a back log for custom sleeves that had I known this ahead of time I wouldn't have bothered with the sleeves. Although I did wait out the time for the custom sleeves because I have heard great things about them; I found that not only was it almost a month wait period for the sleeves, but obtaining the sleeves themselves proved disheartening because I ordered 2 sets of 40 for a total of 80 sleeves in which I only received 75. Not a very happy moment for me when a sleeve will split and I will have to de-sleeve the entirety of the deck + sideboard all because of one sleeve.”

“Not only did they send me somebody elses card sleeves instead of mine, (making me wait even longer for my order) they also took down my review showing my dissatisfaction towards their service. Some company this is. Buyer beware.”

“The concept of being able to have any image on a card sleeve is awesome. It took a while (6 weeks) to get printed and shipped, but I knew it would take a while. I thought the picture quality would be sharper as the image I used was professional grade. The image printed a little grainy. If the image was shaper I'd give 5 stars.”

“First package of sleeves that came to my house was not my placed order, but someone elses entirely. Was told I would have the correct package on my doorstep within 10 days, waited 15. No tracking or email declaring they had been sent out to me. Sleeves finally arrived and thankfully in full quantity. Quality is nice on all of them, but after my more than lackluster experience with customer service and lack of communication on the companies side, I will probably never order from here again.”

“I'd have given the product 5 stars, if it wasn't for 2 things. The first was that my order wasn't shipped until a full month after I placed the order (It says on the site that it'll take no more than 14 days). The other was that it wasn't explained that the sleeve that my art would be printed on would be black, on the template, it implies that sleeve is white, with a black border. So, my, primarily, black image is barely visible on the sleeve. So, I'd definitely suggest, either allowing customers to choose the sleeve color or let them know what color sleeve the art will be printed on.”
