“After 20 days we still waiting for our order ( when we got confirmation code and the money has been transfered to them! ). We ask whats happening, they say cause of copyright they cannot work or send it to us. We ask if a refund is possible no answer receive since ( was asked the 24/11/2016 ) we have asked how it would work if they cannot refund ( how we can still get a playmats and still no answer )”

“Playmats look great. Communication process during post-order was pretty terrible. Lots of unresponded to e-mails. I was getting lots of e-mails I wasn't supposed to. Very difficult to figure out what was going on.”

“Easy process to upload your image. The whole process takes about 1 minute if you read slowly and double or triple check everything and then stare at the screen for a few extra seconds because you are anal retentive about pulling the trigger. The image came out exactly as it looked like on screen. The colors are not faded or muddy. And they're FAST. Couldn't believe custom work like this could be done so quickly.”

“The quality is great, the timing between placing the order and getting the mats is excellent. If you just could lower a little bit your prices (the competition is brutal outside) that would be awsome and could give the 5th star, other than that these guys are awsome.”

“Emails were answered quickly. The product arrived within a week [a large order]. And I couldn't be happier about the product. I made a game to be played at school and the kids love the playmat as an additional feature for the game.”
