“I got the large sized custom gaming mouse mat. The shipping took a while but that's OK, it's a custom product so I expect the product to take some time to get to me. The picture on the mouse mat looks good with relatively deep colors although it does also look a bit grainy despite providing a high resolution picture. I'm guessing the graininess it just from the material and probably can't really be avoided. For the out-of-the-box experience I would give it a 4/5 stars. Unfortunately the long-term quality may not be great. I'm writing this review after three months of use and the edge of the cloth part of the mat has started separating from the rubber. I haven't put the mat through any rigorous washing, or even moved it for that matter, in the three months I have had it. Admittedly the part the is separating is where my wrist wrests on the mat but it's a mouse mat, I would expect some mechanical wear and tear along the edges but unfortunately they don't do anything to secure the mat along the edges (like a line of stitching), it's just a ragged edge where they cut it. Overall, the mat still looks good (mostly) save for the separation of the cloth and rubber but I am now looking for a way to fix the damage before it gets any worse than it already has. So based on the sites review system I would give the product I ordered a 3/5. It's easy to order and the product looks good out of the box but the long-term viability probably isn't great so get it for the joy of having a mouse mat with your favorite artwork on it, but also be prepared for it to not last very long. “The company had good customer service, the pad came on time, and the quality is okay. First thing to note is that the printing requirements is different than any printer I have used over my career, which I believe, might have had an impact in the quality of the print. The finer details were washed out. Grays became blacks, the fine lines blended in, etc. That being said, the print might be different for photos and/or stylized imagery based off what is available on their site.”
