“Acceptable fidelity, though a little dark”

“The image I used was plenty bright but the printing was pretty dark which made some stuff not pop as well as the image. Still, for the price, the quality and speed was great, made a nice gift.”

“Unfortunately, the custom mousepad I made for my Aunt was accidentally shipped to the wrong coast and it didn't make it in time to give her for Christmas. I ended up throwing it in the trash. They did reimburse me for my expedited shipping which was nice.”

“After 1 year of use, the picture has faded considerably. The black backing is already showing through leaving black patches. Around the edges the cloth is separating from the rubber. While it now looks terrible, is only a secondary issue of rough texture it leaves. Moving the mouse around is no longer smooth or fluid. The patches that have black shown through are like "speed bumps" that make playing a game that requires a fast reaction time and/or precision a nightmare.”

“I like the quality of the mouse pad for the most part but the print came out so dark that a lot of the details I had expected to be on there are not there. It would be nice if there were a warning regarding using already dark pictures because it ended up not coming out close to what I had expected. I won't be returning the product for two reasons, one being that it wouldn't be worth it and the other is because it's not bad enough to the point that I hate it. This mouse pad was supposed to be a present for a friend but I don't feel that I can give it to them due to the print. I understand this could be partly my fault for using a picture with a black background, so I would still like to try and purchase my next mouse pad from here and try to use a brighter picture.”
