“I did enjoy the fact that I got to look at the item before it got printed and appreciate the fact that the rep was able to fit as much of the main image onto the binder as possible. My only gripe was that after I checked out and paid I never really received any email that told me how it was all going to work. As in, when would someone reach out to me about editing for example.”
