“I am no graphics whiz, and I took an image that wasn't high enough quality and used GIMP to increase the quality of it to the IG recommended level. I wasn't sure if it would work, but the $15 preview feature (with option to bail if I didn't like how it turned out) allowed me to reduce my risk. Without that feature, I probably would not have attempted to make the playmat. Turns out the image worked beautifully, and the playmat came out looking great. Very pleased with the results and the ability to preview before committing to the end product. This is not the first playmat I've had made here and probably not the last.”

“Products are great. But I ordered my product for a specific event and shipping took weeks longer than it was quoted at. The day of my event came and went and I didn't have my product when needed. I was in constant communication and was promised a partial refund but never received one.”

“My custom playmat came looking amazing, the image quality was good and it translated well over to the playmat but some of the edges of the playmat are a little frayed which is dissapointing because i really want to give this product a 5 but cant due the edges.”

“From what I could tell, the preview looked exactly like the photo I submitted for a game pad, which is what I wanted. It was very comforting to know the finished product was what I expected. And, by the way, the shipped product was perfect. I had less than desirable results from another company.”
