“I've been using the custom mat for about 2 months now and am very unsatisfied with the quality of the print. The mat quality is good but the custom image came out muddy and blurred. The yugioh play zones are not labeled either, so the mat looks like a mousepad with squares randomly placed on top. Disappointed as I paid extra to customize.”

“Editing & Previews is a service for people with only the most basic understanding of computers. The service I recieved was that my photo had their colours adjusted to an almost unperceivable degree and that's it. The associate I dealt with basically admitted to me that they did almost nothing to enhance my image. I purchased this particular support because I wanted to make sure that my playmat print would closely match the digital image. I spent a lot of time perfecting the image digitally, and so I spent additional funds to guarantee a desirable result. Although the associate "colour corrected" my image, the physical playmat had a blue tint than none of digital proofs I tested on numerous monitors. The colour correction should have taken this blue tint into account as every single person using this service is submitting a digital image. The image was also off center from what was depicted by the bleed lines, but that's another issue I won't dwell on. I was very underwhelmed by the quality of service and product execution I recieved. Do yourself a favour and skip the Editing & Preview service, and just purchase the playmat.”

“This play mat is of very high quality and is very good. The image was a little blurry , but my image was smaller than it should of been. If you have a bigger image it should come out sharper. Overall I am very pleased with my product and if I ever need another I will order from here.”
