“My box was unfortunately not up to what I was hoping for. This I believe was because of poor luck, rather than anything that could have been prevented with the current format. I was given a commander deck that I already own. There is nothing I can do with this because, in the commander format, you can only have one copy of each card in the deck. I have no choice but to either give it away or try and resell it. I was given a plushy stuffed animal, I don't collect stuffed animals at all. I don't understand what this has to do with playing Magic the Gathering. The playmat I received had a generic Halloween-themed picture on it, which I understand fits the theme of October but doesn't cater to my interests. The card sleeves were nice, and the collector booster was also great. I understand that there is randomness in your boxes, and that is some of the fun, but I feel that a more detailed questionnaire may need to be implemented to prevent customers from receiving items they have no use for or are interested in. As a consumer, maybe I misunderstood what to expect. This is the first subscription box I've ever bought. There are many subscription services out there, but this one seemed to have a lot of positive reviews. I'll give it another try and order a box in November and see how it goes.”
